Allyson got to give Blake his first bottle today! He ate like a champ and she did a great job feeding him. She is such a good big sister!

Allyson FINALLY gets to meet her baby brother!!!

Allyson finally got to meet her baby brother today!!! She had her last chicken pox Thursday, so she was able to come home today!!! We were all very excited!!! She wasn't the only one who was excited to meet him, so was Grandma!!! Since she had been taking care of Allyson, she got to meet him for the first time today too!!! Lizzie and Gretchen were excited to meet their baby brother too, as you can see Lizzie wanted to kiss him all over!

We are home!!!

We brought baby Blake home today!!! He was awake while we were wheeled out of the hospital and most of the way home. He just looked out the back window and took in everything. Our family still isn't complete, Allyson is still at Grandma and PeePaw's with Chicken Pox. She didn't have new spots today, so we should be able to see her on Sunday or Monday!!!! Either way, it isn't soon enough!

Blake Thomas Antilley is here!!!

Baby Blake is here! He arrived at 7:25 am. He was 8lbs 5 oz and 20 inches long. We are very excited that he is finally here!!! Blake and mommy are doing great! He looks so much like Allyson when she was born. We did have a little kink in our plans. Allyson has the chicken pox. Grandma took Allyson to the doctor this morning and they confirmed it, and because of this she can't come to the hospital to see baby brother. This also means that Grandma can't come because she has been with Allyson. Also, PeePaw and MaMaw because they were exposed to her too. It is very sad and disappointing and we are waiting to talk to the pediatrician to see how long Jason, Blake and I have to be separated. This aside, Blake is doing great and we can't wait to share him with everyone.

We are ready for Baby Blake!

Baby brother finally has a name. He will be Blake Thomas Antilley! We finished up his room this morning and it is ready for him. (even though he won't use it much for a while!) Grandma made his bedding, curtains and quilt (the one on the rocking chair) and they turned out so cute! Thanks Grandma! I was going to just use Allyson's bedding, but now I am so glad I didn't! The cowboy dresser was a surprise for me! I have had it since college. I bought it to refinish, and never did. Jason took it to my mom and dad's and asked for help fixing it up! They got right on it and you can see how cute it turned out. It was a great surprise and a great addition to the nursery! We are so excited and can't wait for him to arrive!

twinkle, twinkle and a toot!

Allyson was singing twinkle, twinkle and added a little toot! She will be embarrassed that I posted this years from now!!!

Abc's

I got a new camera and it has a video mode on it! Allyson sung her ABC's all the way through, so I decided to video her. Of course she wouldn't do it all the way through when I was taping, but she did some of it. She is wearing an ant that they made at school on her head!

37 weeks!

Today, I am 37 weeks pregnant with baby brother. Allyson is very excited about him coming. Friday, Jason brought home the car seat from storage. Allyson saw it in the garage, and asked about it and he told her it was for baby brother. She said, "He's here, he's out!" She was excited! I hope she is as excited when he is actually here! We are 9 days away from our c-section! I still think he might come earlier than that and make his debut this week! Allyson was born at 37 1/2 weeks!

Happy Mother's Day

Today was a great Mother's Day! We started out the morning at church, had lunch at grandma

and pee-paw's and came home and took a nap.

We tried taking a mommy and Allyson picture and then a four generation of first daughter's picture, but someone needed a nap and wasn't cooperating.

Allyson and Jessica had a fun day too!

Baby update!

We are getting closer to baby brother's arrival. I had an ultrasound Wednesday and he is about 6 lbs 2 oz right now. Dr. Westmoreland measured his head and femur. She said she knows why I had a c-section with Allyson. Baby's head is measuring 39 1/2 weeks!! So he, like his sister has a big head! His femur is measuring 35 1/2,l and she said he is measuring very normal.

She didn't change my c-section date, so unless he comes earlier than planned, my c-section is May 19 at 3:00.

Aggie Girls!

For Allyson's birthday Jenifer bought Emily and Allyson matching Aggie shirts! They came over this morning so we could take pictures of the two cute girls in matching Aggie attire!!!

Happy Birthday!

Saturday, we had Allyson's third birthday party! Over the past few weeks anytime anyone asked her what she wanted for her birthday she would say cupcakes. So she got cupcakes and was very excited about it! She also wanted a YATA (pinata)to whack. She had a fun day and enjoyed spending her birthday with her friends and family!

April 23, was Allyson's Spring Show. They sang 3 songs! Allyson seemed very scared, but did pretty good! Afterward, Daddy, Grandma and PeePaw brought her to the book fair to shop, while I worked the fair. I got to be on the parent side of a book fair!

Birthday Girl!

Today is Allyson's Third Birthday! I can't believe how big she is getting. Jason and I went to her school at lunch time to take cupcakes! Jason was at work, so they came on the fire truck, so her could tell her Happy Birthday! She was excited we came and loved the cupcakes and so did her friends!
