And the hunt is on...

Saturday morning, Allyson, Sam, Emily, Blake and Baileigh joined tons of other kids to search for Easter Eggs. There were a lot of people there, but the kids had fun and got more than their share of eggs.

Allyson suprisingly ook her picture with the Easter Bunny.
Blake is more interested in eating the bunny.

Ouch!!!! He was pulling hard! He and daddy thought it was funny, but I didn't!

Gardening!!!

This year I decided I wanted a garden! Jason built me two raised beds to plant my garden in. He even let me use a power tool to help screw the screws in!!!

Always posing!

A few days later, Allyson and I planted the plants.
We measured it out, dug the holes and the rest is up to me, water and God!

Rodeo Day at School!

Children's Museum

Wednesday, March 3 Allyson and I went to the Houston Children's Museum. Allyson normally spends Wednesday's with Grandma and PePaw, but they were on one of their many trips, so Allyson and I spent the day together. We had a great time at the museum. Allyson loved the Kidtropolis area. She spent most of her time in the grocery store, restaurant and Vet office. We had a fun day just the two of us! She was intrigued by the payphone. Poor baby doesn't even know what a payphone is!!!

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Sweet Baileigh Girl!

Allyson helped pose Baileigh for this picture!

Blake loves this fire truck! Well mostly the bell. Allyson got this for her 2nd Christmas (or first) and Blake has played with it more than her!

Valentine's Card

This year Allyson is writing her OWN name on her Valentine's cards for her friends at school. My baby is growing up! The Y & S tripped her up, but she did a great job on the rest of the letters. Writing your name on 13 cards is hard work!

spelling champ!

Allyson is getting to be such a big girl! She is so smart and learning so much everyday.

Lizzie and Blake

Blake loves Lizzie. It is rare that she lets him get close enough to her to pet her. When he does, he is so rough with her. He gets so excited when she lets him get near!

Sweet Boy! I love when he laughs!

Ready to help

Blake is ready to get outside and help daddy in the yard!

Monster Trucks!!!

For Sam's 4th Birthday we were invited to go see the Monster Trucks! It was Sam, Allyson and Sophie. They were so excited about going, but when we got there, Allyson didn't want to wear her earmuffs. Well once the trucks started up, she changed her mind! Allyson and Mommy!

It's Rodeo time in Texas!

3-15-2010 - Jason, Allyson and I went to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to see Lady Antebellum. Traffic was horrible and parking was worse, but once we got there, we had fun! Allyson liked walking around looking at the animals, watching the rodeo and was so excited when Lady A came on. By the time the concert started she was getting pretty tired and worn out, but she enjoyed it! She wanted to take her picture on the longhorn. I had to agree!

She might have a future as a clown!
or a farmer!
She loved being in the tractor and loved touching everything!
Heading to the show! It was a long walk for a little girl.

Feeding time!

Allyson decided the other night that she wanted to feed her brother. I said ok, thinking she wouldn't stick with it very long. She feed him his entire dinner. I don't know if he got more on him or in him, but she was proud of herself!

Starting out...

Blake seems to enjoy sister feeding him...

Blake is finished with his dinner... we had to go straight to the bathtub!

Blake

Blake was 8 months on January 19th. He is such a big boy. He crawls EVERYWHERE, pulls up and cruises around the furniture and wants to be right in the middle of everything. He is such a sweet baby boy!
